Today I want to talk about a topic that is a blog for much Emotional healing is so essential on your path of spiritual growth and ascension.


In my own life, I experienced depression for many years, being empathetic I was scared to feel and I repressed what caused the sadness to flood me.


the emotion is the experience that the soul prints during the expansion and the journey to experience separation.


In this world, we need those acts of self-care to be responsible for feeling and at the same time aligning ourselves with the harmony of emotion.


When the emotion resists it is blocked and that energy is as if it dies, it darkens, it loses light, and changes when it is allowed to flow, even if it is angry or sad or something negative. When the energy-charged with negativity flows, it allows itself to expand and mix with the light in the alchemy that allows it to be neutral and find a different expression.


Emotional baggage can make you feel like you’re on a roller coaster ride of lifting into higher levels of love and light during your day and then crashing into harsh feathers.


have some compassion for your emotions and let them be and as you do As you begin to embody more of your feeling wrap them with light and raise your vibration, emotions can act as a sealing, literally weighing on you and pushing you down.
