The term "spiritual" is easily misunderstood, so let's start there. In this context, it simply means "of or relating to the soul."
So what are spiritual gifts, then? We believe that every person has these gifts—they're part of your essence. They're part of who you are, and they're something that you can develop if you want to.
Spiritual gifts include intuition, the capacity for hope, the ability to heal others and yourself, teaching others, giving and receiving love and peace—and even seeing the light in all things!
It's easy to get hung up on one particular aspect of spirituality—like seeing angels or demons or spirits—but we think it's important to remember that every person has their own unique path in this world that is defined by them and only them. You don't need any special abilities or special knowledge to be successful on your path; all you need is your willingness to listen to your inner voice and act on what it tells you. And with that kind of guidance from within… well… anything is possible!
Let's start with some myths:
1. The first one is that we have to have a special talent in order to be able to develop our gifts. If you are like me, probably you have already heard this idea and you think it's true. But I am here to tell you that it's not true! All of us have the capacity for developing all our gifts, no matter how small or large they may seem.
2. The second myth is that these gifts are something special, different from what others can do. And yes, they ARE different because they are activated in a source that already has them (that means: not in void).
However, what makes us unique is not having any gift but being able to use them in a conscious way and at the same time being able to manage our emotions and let go of fears or doubts that may prevent us from doing so successfully!
We all have gifts, and it's up to us to discover them. The trick is finding out what you're good at, and then using that gift to make the world a better place.
There are many myths about spiritual gifts, which is why we need to set some of them straight:
Myth #1: You have to be born with a gift.
Reality: Everyone has a gift, but you may have to look hard for it—or maybe even dig deep into your past! The key thing is that you aren't limited by what someone else tells you is possible or impossible. You get to decide who you are and what you can do with your life. It might take some time and energy to find what works best for you, but once you do… watch out! You'll be unstoppable!
Spiritual gifts are a wonderful thing. They help you see the light and give you hope for the future when you find Balance.
