So, let me take you through 5 simple steps to tune into the Rainbow to spark of your day and elevate your vibrations to a higher level.

*The first step is to find a source of Magic. Like Music, Art, friends or Meditation to Find a resource that brings Sunshine into your life.

*The second step is to practice gratitude. Take a few moments to be aware for all the good that is in your life.

*The third step is to get moving. It doesn’t matter if it’s yoga, walking or finding a source to get fun.

*The fourth step is to practice Me/Time. Taking a moment each day to feel more connected to your true, authentic self.

*The final step is to practice self-compassion. Be kind and gentle to yourself and to all others.

By taking these 5 steps into account each day, you’ll start to notice a gradual shift in your energy and an increase in the Rainbowish you.
